Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who are reliable, open, and curious — people who feel close to creativity, community, and action, and who don’t wait for someone else to tell them what they’re capable of. People who want to co-create and be part of the story, not just help from behind the scenes.
Where can you help?
We are mainly looking for volunteers for the DIFFRNT Flow team, which helps ensure that workshops, talks, and panels run smoothly throughout all three days of the festival, as well as one day before and one day after the event.As part of the Flow team, you’ll be present on location, moving between spaces and taking care of the details that create the flow: preparing rooms (fresh water and glasses, flipchart, markers, chairs, tables) and all the small but important things that allow the program to run smoothly and without interruptions.
If you want to be at the center of the action, close to the content and the people creating it, this role is for you.
There are also other opportunities to get involved where you can contribute your knowledge and ideas.
