The organizer and producer commit to providing the buyer with the following information even before they are bound by a contract or offer: 

  • the main characteristics of the goods or services to the extent appropriate to the medium and the goods or services, 
  • the final price of the goods or service, including taxes, or the method of calculating the price if it cannot be calculated in advance due to the nature of the goods or service, 
  • information on any additional delivery or shipping costs or a warning that such costs may arise if they cannot be calculated in advance, 
  • payment terms and terms of delivery and performance of the service, the deadline for delivery of goods or performance of the service, where necessary, 
  • information on the complaint procedure with the organizer, 
  • the address where the seller carries out their activity and the organizer's email address where the buyer can address their complaint. 

Validity of the Terms and Conditions 

The following Terms and Conditions relate to the public event Diffrnt festival, which will take place in June 2024 in Velenje. In the event of a change in the date or location of the event, the accepted Terms and Conditions remain valid.

Consumer commitment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions 

The consumer (hereinafter: participant or buyer) is bound by these terms and conditions from the moment they use one of the registration methods or when they participate in the event as a representative of an organization that has concluded a Cooperation Agreement with the organizer within the framework of the Diffrnt festival. 

Consumer registration 

The buyer completes the check-in at the event using one of the following options: 

  • with the received confirmation email regarding a free ticket received from the organizer or 
  • with the received confirmation email regarding a completed ticket purchase. 

Cancellation by the consumer 

Ticket purchases are final, and there is no possibility of a refund for purchased tickets. In the case of purchasing a daily ticket, a change of date is possible no later than June 3, 2024, or until the vacancies are filled, whichever occurs first. In accordance with point 12 of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for leisure services in which the company undertakes to fulfill its obligation on a specific date or within a specific period.

In case of illness, the buyer may request a ticket refund with a medical certificate. The request should be communicated by the buyer in writing via email to hello@diffrnt.si. The organizer will refund the purchase price, deducting €10 for the ticket processing cost.

The ticket is transferable to another person free of charge. 

In the event of cancellation of the buyer's participation up to 15 days before the event for which the buyer ordered tickets, the organizer allows the transfer of the ticket to another natural person. The buyer must communicate the change in writing via email to the address: hello@diffrnt.si. In doing so, they must provide the first name, last name, and email address of the new participant.

In the event that a ticket is issued to the consumer at a price of €0.0, they are not entitled to a transfer or any kind of refund in case of event cancellation. 

Access and use of tickets 

Tickets will be sent to participants in electronic form as a QR code. For this purpose, the participant must provide the following personal data to the organizer and the ticket intermediary: 

  • first and last name and 
  • email address. 


To use the electronic ticket, the ticket must be shown at the entrance to the venue on the screen of an electronic device (tablet, smartphone …) or printed on paper. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to use the ticket according to the stated procedure in the event that the participant does not have such a device or does not have a printed ticket. 

The ticket allows the participant access to the festival venue. The producer reserves the right to limit access to workshops based on the number of seats determined in cooperation with the respective workshop leader. The number of seats in workshops will be clearly marked and communicated by the organizer before the start of individual workshops. In the event that a visitor does not get a free seat at the desired workshop, they are not entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation by the organizer 

New date (due to illness, cancellation of subcontractors, or force majeure); the organizer provides the buyer with an alternative date of execution, and the buyer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price in this case. 

Cancellation of execution; the producer guarantees the buyer a refund of the entire purchase price. The buyer must provide appropriate data for the refund of the purchase price. 

Orders and payment terms 

Ordering of services and goods is possible on the website: https://www.entrio.si/. 
Payment for services and goods is possible via the website with Visa and MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, or Aircash credit cards. 

Complaint procedure 

A complaint can be submitted in writing to the email address hello@diffrnt.si or by registered letter to the organizer's address. The complaint must state the contact information of the complainant (email address and/or home address) and describe the reasons for the complaint in detail. The organizer is obliged to respond in writing to the submitted complaint within eight days of receiving it.
