Jose Antonio Morales is a consultant, community builder, and social entrepreneur based in Slovenia. He founded Aurora Coworking — Slovenia’s oldest coworking space — and was recognized by Microsoft as a Partner Area Lead for Central & Eastern Europe for his work on community building. He is the first Ashoka Visionary from Slovenia and an active supporter of SozialMarie, a European prize for social innovation.

His work converges on a single belief: that communities are more than networks. They are spaces where people find belonging, take responsibility, claim ownership, and grow — together and as individuals.
